Microsoft have announced an increase to three key Business Central licences, with the change coming into effect from October 1st, 2025.
What is Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central?
Business Central is a business management solution designed for small and medium-sized organisations. It integrates financials, supply chain, sales, and operations into a single system, enabling streamlined processes, real-time insights, and scalability as businesses grow. Which Business Central prices have increased?
While UK-specific pricing is not yet available, these are the three affected licence SKUs:
- Dynamics 365 Business Central Essentials – goes from $70/month to $80/month
- Dynamics 365 Business Central Premium – goes from $100/month to $110/month
- Dynamics 365 Business Central Device – goes from $40/month to $45/month
Additional Business Central storage
Rather than just increasing prices, Microsoft have also increased the storage entitlement that comes with each licence:
- Dynamics 365 Business Central Essentials – goes 2GB to 3GB
- Dynamics 365 Business Central Premium – goes from 3GB to 5GB
- Dynamics 365 Business Central Device – goes from 1GB to 1.5GB
